On Saturday December 20th the 3rd Annual UNNC sponsored “A Kids Holiday” event, was
a great success.
Thank you to all who gave of their time. Thank you to all who gave toys. Thank you to all who made a monetary donation. We came together and made the UNNC sponsored 3rd Annual Kids Holiday event a success!!!  It was a family fun filled day.  The kids enjoyed having their faces painted, playing video games inside the Mobile Game Lounge, with 18 consoles,.  and jumping around in the jumper combo slide.  We gave away over 50 turkeys. We gave away over 400 toys. No one left empty handed. We also gave away over 50 gift cards. I am very proud of how we came together and got it done. Yay!!! Jefferson Park. Once again, team work makes the dream work!!! Thank you to Pastor Carl from Westminster Presbyterian Church and his staff for all their help. Thank you to the Friends of the Jefferson Branch Library… okay I don’t want to start calling names, and mess up like Steve Harvey did, LOL!!!! So once again Thank you to us!!! And even though the weather man predicted rain, it didn’t rain until the event was completely over. See you next year.
